FW 2.25 1. Jumper trick not needed to upgrade my "old" unit 2. UI is improved with "shutter" effect on menu selection and a blinking dot! 3. Languages: English/French/Spanish/Italian/German/Portuguese 4. A truckload of "Map Datums"! WGS84 should suffice for most users. I'll see if I can replicate the error that was reported to me before the guy set it to WGS84. Can't see what it's set to by default. 5. The Navigation Info (speed, time, distance, etc..) benefits from the use of larger characters making the GUI look nicer.
6. IMPORTANT NOTE: After an upgrade it is NOT set to WGS84 by default so your position will be off as most maps use the WGS84 datum. Go to Setup/Map Datum to fix that.
