A little bit out-of-topic (should be posted on a "POIs in South America"):
For radars in Brazil and Argentina: http://www.maparadar.com/ Click on "exportar para GPS" (export to gps) Scroll down the popup and choose the link which matches your gps software.
=========== for Garmin: ===========
If you have a Garmin GPS (software or hardware), there's another site which offers brazilian radars: http://www.tracksource.org.br/ This site also carries a free brazilian map for Garmin. There's a guy who joined both maparadar and tracksource radar databases, excluding those which are within 400m, meaning they are the same in both databases. But this is only for Garmin: http://radaresgarmin.heliohost.org/ Scroll down until you find "Pacote compilado: Arquivo poi.gpi compilado versào WAV, somente para usuários de Macintosh ou Linux que nào podem usar a versào EXE self-extract." (means: compiled package: poi archive for Mac and Linux users) and two links: "[poi.gpi (wav)]" (with wav speaking the speed) and "[poi.gpi (sem voz)]" (only beep, no speaking) Download "[poi.gpi (sem voz)]" as the speaking version is only helpfull for those who understands portuguese.
