I seem to be able to access GPS1 but not GPS and the latter is the latest I assume and the former is the one that asks for a password. Can you make GPS available again, assuming it is the latest.

I found that it was the zip file that needed the password. Incidently, I only have access to the GPS1 but it looked as though the latest version is GPS. If this is the latest can you forwarded it.

Mike,
The latest version is the version linked on this page. There is no reason that you can't access the file, no one else has had problems.
This is also from 18 months ago, and I no longer use this macro... as such I don't maintain it either.
Best of luck... |

Dear Danmancs Have run your GPS macro and it works well for some GPS data, from other devices. I get some gps data from my HTC mobile running VisualGPSce V1.2 106 ,which is not working when it comes to the ploting/speed/alt position/speed/alt graph. It put in a line so it will fit into the graph. Can Your GPS macro be changes so any gps data distance plot will show in the graph ? any ideas
Cheers Don |

I'm not really sure what you are asking, but a)check the data - one corrupt line can mess up the whole thing. b)you can adjust the graph axis to show different ranges if one of your plots is too small... |

Hi Dan
Grant here, I am working in West Africa and would like to try your GPS excel sheet out. I am using an Garmin Etrex. How do I go about exporting the information from the GPS onto the spreed sheet? I am totally new to using GPS, we always just use the truck 785 onboard information but I find it not to be accurate, what I want to do is TKPH can you help me with this?[multiple ? removed] [email edited] Thank you in advance for the help. Hi Grant,
you are on your own with exporting the data from the GPS unit, all I can tell you is it needs to be in NMEA sentence format.
TKPH was what this was designed for originaly, so if you can get it to work, it should help you. I haven't looked at it in 3 years, so I can't offer any support I am afraid.
Also note that it does not seem to work with office 2007, so you'll need to run excel 98. |
