Q2 2010 is now available - It is available through both fresh as PC version and navigon.com as the "mac" version. although the mac version is just simply one that you can download the entire file to your hard drive vs straight to your device. pc users can use it as well. that's what i do. i'm downloading it now and will update when i have it installed. it's 1.9GB and downloading rather quickly.

I signed up for the Navigon Newsletter a couple of months ago and today I received an e-mail advising me that the 2010 Q2 maps were available. You might want to sign up so you don't have to check here periodically to learn when updates are available. Now I will go back through the posts on this thread to figure out how to download and install the new maps. As I recall from last time it's tricky to find the download page for us Canadians (freshmaps doesn't work) and there's something about having to download the update as a zip file to get them installed on the smaller card in my unit that I still haven't replaced.

Download doesn't seem to be working now, via either Freshmaps or directly from the website. Website says, "A server failure has occured." Freshmaps will download, then says that an error has occurred.

Just tried and working fine both ways. Running Win 7 64bit and used Freshmaps to update and it works fine and I also used FF and the add-on they said to use to download the file as zip file

Well I have been attempting for most of the day to download the 2010 Q3 update to my 8100T. The downloads have been successful, but after turning the 8100T on and selecting a city, it says there are no POI's for that city. I have not been able to locate a city that will show me POI's. If I put 2010 Q2 back on the device, the POI's show up just fine. I seem to have a good download and if I look at the size of the file, it is about what I would expect, slightly larger than the Q2 file. I have tried rebooting the 8100T, but just cannot get them to show up. I have not had this issue in the past and am just wondering if any of you have seen this. Am I doing something wrong or do you expect the download might not be quit right? Thanks for your help and/or suggestions, Lon |

Ya, I show 113 Files and about 100mb of data. I tried to download the MAC file, but the date is not right and it seemed very small. I have done this in the past and never had an issue. Also I might add that I have tried several times and still keep getting the same results.
