@vgb14 what you wrote makes no sense for me! Navigon 2100 is a standard non-hive WinCE 5.0 device. Miopocket runs without a problem on that. I know that, because I have one. Miopocket doesn't change anything on the GPS Receiver, so if you have problems with the Signal, it's your Navigation Software, you have to look into. But you never mentioned, which Software doesn't find Signal @teniente2008 There is a high possibility you can unbrick your device. Some while ago (maybe years) I had such a chinese crap. I bricked it, but after a research I found the firmware as download, put it on SD card and flashed it new. There are several links, I provided most probably in this tread http://www.gpspassion.com/forumsen/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=132727&whichpage=27, or here. I am tired to search in this Forum. Up to you. Search criterias are my name and chinese crap |
Falk F8, only used for real car Navigation, Miopocket Rel. 5? installed / Becker 7928 test device for car and writing desk, always newest Miopocket version / Medion 4435 only test device on writing desk, always newest Miopocket version / Often others |

I've a device called "Mio MOOV Black": On the bottom of the device (just near the USB port) there is a sticker with the S/N and the cautions. There is written "MiTAC" and "Made in China".

| I have a Mio DigiWalker C250 Plus. I installed MioPocket via SD CARD method. Mio on -> put sd card in slot -> message appears Launch DM tool ? -> Yes -> Run MioPocket. It installs without errors, the menu appears, Igo runs very good. But when i shut it down i have to start the whole process again. It starts with it's original menu. Can i do something to start automatically in the MioPocket menu without re installing every time ? Thank you. |

I can't make garmin run. I'll try to explain what happens. If opening WinCe I go to My Device/storage card/garmin/RunGMX/Garmin.exe and doble click, then next screen is WinCe desktop!! and device freezes. If: My Device/storage card/garmin/RunGMX/Garmin.exe doble click then nothing happens. If open miopocket and change path for Garmin icon to My Device/storage card/garmin/RunGMX/Garmin.exe the next screen is WinCe deskstop and next is miopocket first icons screen. If path is My Device/storage card/garmin/RunGMX/Garmin.exe after a few seconds next screen is miopocket first icons screen. Any suggestion should be great! thanks Eduardo |

First of all, you are trying to run a cracked version of GarminXT (for PNA), this became obvious because you are speaking of "Garmin.exe" and a folder named "RunGMXT".
Secondly, because it's against the forum rules to treat illegal software-copies (cracked versions) here, you will NOT get any other help here at GpsPasSion regarding your issue.
Finally your issue is far out of this thread's scope, because it really has nothing to do with MioPocket 4.0, this thread is decicated to. |

I have just started using my old Navigon 1200 again with MioPocket installed. Is there a simple way to revert the device back to its original status with just navigon software and maps again? Thanks |

No I didn't but I found another way. Revert autorunce in the internal memory to it's original state and remove the micro sd card. Seems to be working fine. That device never really liked MP. It kept locking up when I exit some software. Thanks |

Throw it into the garbage.
The crap comes with .NET CF 2.0 pre-installed. MioPocket updates .NET CF to version 3.5. Possibly this failed. Uninstall MioPocket. Test Bluetooth afterwards. If Bluetooth is working again, then simply forget a new installation of MioPocket on this crap. |

| I have a Jensen VM9424BT. It has an SD card slot, however the navigation software is apparently installed on internal flash since there is no SD card in the slot. I've been searching for a while and can't seem to find a way to install MioPocket on this unit. I know most people who install it in their in-dash units do it through an SD card because that is where the head unit reads the navigation software from. I know other GPS units can be connected to PCs to install MioPocket. There is a USB slot on the head unit as well. Would a laptop be able to read the internal flash if hooked up through USB? Any other ideas? Thanks a lot. |
