Hello,

I've a Compasseo 300, i've applied the GPS400 on my device ...
But when I launch TomTom 6.020, any map found but on my SD I have a folder "France" with my map.

Anyone can give me some help to make TomTom better ?

Thanks a lot

TomTom 5 is now unsupported. Did anyone ever manage to get TomTom 6 stable on the GPS 400? I've just been gifted one but I'd like to get it running software with up-to-date maps.

Hi, I am very sorry to annoy you with a subject you have already tried to explain to people but... I have been trying to get tomtom onto my gps 400 for over a year now - yes a whole year - without any luck. So far I have tried the following:

1) woken up WinCe
2) used cab manager and done the cab files
3) tried to just copy them onto the SD card without any folders to put them in and nothing
4) Even tried to put destinator 7 onto the SD card and run it off wince but nothing happens.

I am very sorry to be emailing you this subject matter again but since I cannot speak French I have no idea what files I should be outting and where, and also how does one install tomtom? I assumed from the methods that you just out them onto the SD card and then it installs itself without having to do anything. I felt I had to contact you since you know about this subject and can maybe offer me some info that will help.

Thanks so much in advance

Marc
