| I had all but given up on a track log for a 200W. Everything in this post matches mine including the 0737. The URL link is dead. Even if I can get the firmware patch what do I do? I work with computers all day long but code is something I leave to the programmers. |

First of all, thanks for all your great work on this!!
3.20 and 4.20 would probably be the most popular at the moment, IMHO. If you could also have a look at 3.10 to see if it's any different than 3.20. 3.20 isn't available for download as it only appeared on newly manufactured devices and not as a firmware update. Given that there maybe more users with 3.10 out there than those with 3.20. |

NanaimoRick, I also planned to get latest firmware for nuvi 7xx. I found 3.10, 3.20 and 4.20.
Some nuvi units now have ?4.50? inside, but I have no any.
My site is up again and all files uploaded there.
Be patient... :) I'll be back... |

| Yes, 4.50 is now appearing on newly manufactured 7xx models but is not available for download. Much like 3.20 was previously. |

| Looking forward to the 7x0 version, no more fear of hitting the stop button by accident and making it go away for ever (barring the bluetooth neutering downgrade). Do you think you could enable that feature on the 7x5 models too, or are they too different ? |

Where did you find v3.20? This is known to be an internal Garmin release never released for public download. Was it dumped somehow from a v3.20 unit? Can you provide a link to the software that does the firmware dump?
Also, can you provide a link to this 3.20 firmware in it's *unmodified* form/region file? I have your modified version (thanks) but would like the unmodified version as well since I have 3.20 installed on my 760 but no firmware update file (backup) of it.

Can I use the modifyed 3.20 on my Nüvi runnign 4.20, or do I have to wait for a 4.20 patch file?
The USB does not see the 760 that is connected there.
It's online and I can see it in the file browser. |

My 3.20 is not patched.
This is oryginal firmware dumped from brand new N760. |

Hi all.
Pity, but my nightbuild patch for nuvi 4.20 hangs on. Something is wrong. But good news - fast speedometer access is enabled. I found 2.50 with enabled menu, so I have to compare something in code.
0660, 0737 - confirmed tested. I can't see the reason it will not work on 835, 834.

I can take a look into 7x5 and 2x5. If the code is similar, then hidden menu can be enabled too. I have to solve with 7x0 first. This is my goal.
BTW, nowdays 2x5 looks like loosing advantages with trackloging, RAW is better than lock on road, imho.
pouchX, "show him the gun" (. sergZak. ) :) Screens with 'wellon' and marine nuvi are very pretty.
sergZak, I have many 'internal' garmin releases. :) even betas.
joeya1k, you may press any buttons you like every time you like. :) Tracklog feature will not be deactivated. Only when you decide to update firmware with webupdater, you will probably loose it. But why to use update, if you already have happiness?[ed] :) Throw away webupdater! My releases (and cure versions) are .rgn only. |
