Hi,
I just bought this GPS, Mio C220. What I need is following:
1. Be able to download the recorded track logs.
2. Be able to add POIs into the existing database of the device.
Any suggestions, or links.

I was able to add POIs to the existing database. What I use is the following
a. Transfer_Mio_C250.exe file along with 2 DLL files MutpCC.dll and MutpClnt.dll. Using this I can view the folder structure of the mio c220's flash disk (and SD card too). Then I find the iGo.db file and donwload to my local machine.
b. Then, I find this software iGOPOIExplorerBeta.zip which can import the iGo.db file and show the POIs (the ones which I entered manually). I can add to this POIs, export it to a iGo.db file and transfer this file back to the device using the transfer software above.
HOWEVER, WHAT STILL REMAINS FOR ME TO KNOW IS THIS: How do I get the tracklogs. I don't see the tracklogs in iGo.db file and I want someone to tell me what file has the tracklogs that I record?

Discovered it myself elsewhere, didn't try it yet:
To get GPS tracklogs and to convert POIs, try downloading poiconvert.exe from http://www.pocketnavigation.de/board/attachment.php?attachmentid=1009909
-with tool poiconvert.exe you can import in the DOS-Box POIs with KML- Format into IGO.DB:
Usage: poiconvert.exe [d|e|t]
d: decode iGO.db file into iGO.kml
e: encode iGO.kml into exising iGO.db
t: export tracks from iGO.db to iGO.gpx
Attention: Encode delete from iGO.db file the former POI's, and only POI's from iGO.kml will come into the new iGO.db file. |

Ok. Tried poiconvert.exe the usage is
poiconvert.exe t iGo.db (This will give you a file iGo.gpx, check that the option is not "-t" as in most applications, but just "t".

| There is a version of the MIO software application modifications, by someone MoonBear (search it in this forums). It is modified to export the tracklogs to the SD card (I guess). I tried to install it, but my screen was rotated by 90-degrees and I reverted back. May be it works, but I didn't resort to it. |
