Hi All-
I made a new In-n-out file
Notes:
All Lat/Long checked and corrected as needed by using Google Earth (about 1/2 the addresses not near actual location)
This should be accurate to 250 ft - 98% of the time
Error Likely on following locations:
Kingman, AZ
The file is only missing the
Moorpark In-n-out (could not find using Google Earth or maps.live.com)
and
Gilbert Park, AZ (Coming Soon according to in-n-out's website, the address listed did not exist in any map database)

I made a updated In-n-out file, it should available soon
Notes:
All Lat/Long checked and corrected as needed by using Google Earth (about 1/2 the addresses not near actual location)
This should be accurate to 250 ft - 98% of the time
Changes since previous version:
Corrected: Kingman, AZ - location should be correct now
Added: Gilbert Park, AZ - it now exists in Map Database(s). However, no visual verification.
Error Likely on following locations:
Gilbert Park, AZ

| Sorry I am a NOOB but I am trying to use POI edit to convert your file to Tom Tom and I am getting a "floating point" error. Is ther an interim step from MS .CSV to .Ov2? |

The address is actually 856 New Los Angeles Ave, Moorpark, CA. I will try to post an updated POI File later this week. The trick is once the address is found is to check it using either Google Earth or maps.live.com to see the location to make sure it looks like an in-n-out. Thanks for the help. |

In-n-out may list the Moorpark Location as 856 W. Los Angeles Ave. Moorpark, California 93021. The map database on line sees it as 856 New Los Angeles Ave. Moorpark, California 93021 as can be seen at this URL http://maps.live.com/default.aspx?v=2&cp=pqd0gf52v340&style=o&lvl=1&tilt=-90&dir=0&alt=-1000&scene=11435599&encType=1. That is what I was trying to communicate to you. In other words the listed address is not the "true" location due to mapping issues. The “true” location and coordinates are determined from looking at satellite or aerial imagery.

Added: Tajon Ranch/Lebec/Arvin, CA (Coming Soon) - no visual verification

The In-N-Out at Goleta, California is not correct.
The file lists -117.8294806 34.11656111 In-n-Out - Goleta 4865 Calle Real- Goleta CA
It should be -119.79063 34.442942 In-n-Out - Goleta 4864 Calle Real- Santa Barbara CA
I verified it on Google Maps, and in person, because I live here. |
