| I can't say enough about Semsons & Co's service. Placed my order online Saturday night, and received a phone call and an email from them concerning my shipping selection early Monday morning. I had mistakenly selected UPS to be sent my P.O. Box - Not! Everything was VERY pleasant – almost didn’t know how to handle it nowadays. We exchanged four or five emails until I got things fixed, and they shipped the product SAME DAY. Live in So Cal, USA, and received the unit in Tuesday’s post. Incredible! |

I've ordered from them a few times now and have been quite pleased with not only the ordering process but the after sale support as well.
Just last week I called them about a problem I was having with a device that should have worked with my PDA but seemingly didn't. Although Im sure they knew it should have worked, they issued an RMA, no questions asked AND waved the restocking fee!
As it turned out it was simply a small piece out of alignment that I managed to pop back into place so I canceled the RMA but without a doubt, they are now the first place I'll turn for my GPS related needs, even if their price isn't the best (which it often is). Sometimes dealing with folks you can depend on is worth a couple of extra bucks. . . .
Makes you wonder why some of these other merchants, and not just online ones, don't get the fact that good service will generally equal customer loyalty. Which leads to more business and may in turn also leads to referrals and even more sales.
