I recently received a Seidio G4500 car kit for my new axim x51v. The axim does not slide into the adapter though. It feels like I would have to use quite a bit of force, which the manual suggests I should not have to do. I do not want to break anything. Any thoughts?

Thank you

Have a 4850 here and it slides in fine so yes I wouldn't force it, does your x51 fit ok in its cradle ?

The axim fits fine into its cradle and its charger also connects perfectly. I am not using an extended battery or case.

I was able to get it to work. I had to angle the axim towards the front of the mount.
