I recently purchased a C330 and the suction cup will not stay for then 1/2 hour.
I have tried cleaning the class and the suction cup, I have tried wetting it and have tried keeping it dry.
I does the same thing with the disk.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance

My suction cup was also giving me some trouble after moving it several times from one car to another. I had to have my unit replaced and got a new mount as well and it clearly grabs the window better than my original mount. I have not moved it from my primary use car and it has been on the window for several months now without incident. I do remember when I pushed the lever back thinking "Wow, that really was much harder to push than the other one!"

I found that I place it within the top 3 inches of the window I had
the same issue. But placing it 3" down I have no issues.
