Hello everyone.
I have started a GIS work with Thales Navigation Mobile Mapper CE and the software that I use there is ArcPad 6.0.3. The problem that I am having is that ArcPad adds the geoid separation to the real altitude. On example is when I survey one point, in the GPS Status I get, for instance, 65 m and in ArcPad at the same point I get 115 m. The 50 m difference is the geoid separation for my place.

Can anyone help me with this and get me a way to the solve the problem?

Thanks to all!

Welcome to the forums.
Not familiar with that software, but it sounds like it's configured for a SiRF receiver as SiRF do not reflect the geoid separation in the MSL altitude as specified in the NMEA standard, hopefully you can change the setting, maybe by selecting a different type of GPS.
