You need sub-meter or even cm accuracy and you've got $40k gathering dust? Only one way to go, RTK GPS!

So, this reminds me: Did anyone ever bring out a dual(Glonass)mode non-commercial GPS receiver? I read about 2 years ago this was going to be the next big step in GPS advances (after WAAS).

Why "non-commercial"?
When I was doing the RTK research yesterday, I did come across some mention of GPS/Glonass systems, but nothing that struck me really.
