Yes that keyboard is actually more usable in the heat of the action and in the "blue" edition (more on that later) they've added a line of text that shows the sequence of letters on that particular key.

Very nice, thanks.
Your landscape capture reminds me that there's some vertical "compression" of the fonts that creates these small scan lines, nothing too serious though.

There are some "jaggies" in the roadname font, but look at the crispness of the POI font at the school! Of course, in "real" size that font is very small, but still readable. The icons at the bottom also suffer from the landscape and VGA processing.

On the keyboard shot, the keyboard itself is sharper than the logo at the top. As more products get converted to VGA these jagged parts should get refined.

Every time I switch to landscape orientation on my e800, the blasted top and bottom bars appear over top of the OnCourse icons, rendering it useless, making it appear as if it's a background process. Only solution is to rotate back to portrait, and reinvoke OnCourse to make it a foreground process again. And don't even try landscape in 3D mode - yuck!

Switch to landscape first, then start OnCourse. If the top/bottom bars appear, just tap the bottom left icon (the one that lets you get to the menu where you can choose night/day/etc) then tap on the night/day icons (you dont even have to change, just tap the same as it was) and the screen will go full again. Two taps and the bars disappear!

I don't use 3D myself at all on any GPS system. I like maps.

Thanks Jake. Switching orientation before starting OnCourse is the ticket. They really need to fix on-the-fly switching though - especially for $180 software. Anyway, I couldn't select the bottom left icon because the "New" menu of my today screen was taking its place, bless its little heart. This is really a very nice piece of software. I just got to play with it a little today for a few minutes. I'm going to do a "One destination" from work to home and will see how well it does. I have WM2003SE on my e800, with a serial cable connected to the USB port, and an i.Trek mouse GPS receiver. Seems very responsive for the short time I tested it out. I love the voice guidance. "Turn left 600 feet ahead", then when I get to where I turn "Turn left here". Then I make an incorrect turn... "Make a U-Turn as soon as possible". Then I get to a traffic signal... "Make a U-Turn here". Also nice is the recorded destination feature. Just hit the icon and it prompts you for the destination. I say "Work" and it computes the course. I'd like to write up a thorough review, but time just doesn't let me right now.

Well take your time, that's ok, just start a new thread and add to it as you feel like it ;-)
