I have a TK102-2 tracker and the tracker works perfectly at driving speed with consistant updating data. However, I find that my tracker is unable to update real-time positioning at walking speed. The walk test was carried out at open space for more than 1km, but I kept seeing the same old position from the marker.
Does anyone have the same problem? Appreciate feedback and advice.
I have a Thinpax TK102B device that I bought from EBay.
I configured it for GPRS and it sends messages regularly to the monitoring website.
Unfortunately I have exactly the same issue described by yourself above: If the device is moving at walking speed than the messages don't contain the updated GPS coordinates. From my testing - once the speed of movement is above 10km/h the device will start sending the updated/correct GPS coordinates.
There is no filtering/speed alarms configured on the device or on the monitoring website.
