Hey guys,

I'm from Holland and i have an important question. I have a chinese pna with windows 6 CE which i connected to the computer. I was copying files when the connection suddenly ended. The problem is the files are copied to the so called "residentflash" but i can't see them. Even if i uncheck show hidden files.

It's weird because i have 4 GB internal memory and i have only 122 MB left. My question is can i safely format the "residentflash" withouth bricking the device or cant boot into windows. Or can i recovery(see) the files again ?

Thank you all for your help, great forum !!

Only a side remark: CE's vital files are located in ROM and/or 'ResidentFlash2'. 'ResidentFlash' is where user files go to.

EDIT:

TFAT (its meaning) is described here. Hence it's not obvious to me what this thread's title really should express...
