Hi all, I'm new to this forum and to GPS devices in general. My uncle asked me to try and fix a old device he owns - Mio Moov 500. I've tried everything on the web - MioPocket, VisualGPS and others and could not get the device to operate. Is there a way to hard reset it to its factory state? Any other solution will be appreciated!
