The problem is that I bought the devices from the Chinese market and I don't know what brand is that or what is the operating system inside it, it just says "Tracking system GSM/GPRS/GPS" I have bought 9 tracking devices from autoleaders and I am currently running them on a server, on the program auto leaders provided. I bought 3 new devices from another company. yet, when I tried to add them to the server it didn't work.
I have a server that I run my trackers on, I installed some kind of tracking software provided from autoleaders, the company I bought the trackers from. I run it on a server that I rent to keep a static IP. I am trying to use the same server to add my devices to save the cost of renting another server because mine were not identified by the autoreaders software or something like that.
If it is possible I would really appreciate it if you at least can direct me somewhere where I can read about it so that I know what is going on. and if you can tell me what to do I would really really appreciate it.
These trackers all use GPRS and apn to connect to the server.
