I pulled out my Nuvi 1370 today and... yikes!... the screen has a series of spider cracks. I purchased the unit from Amazon around 8/11/2011. I'm not sure what the length of the warranty is, but do you think Garmin would fix it for no charge? I have NO idea how the screen cracked... it was fine the last time I used it. I know I did not drop it. I should add that it seems to be functioning fine. The main problem is when entering some data, there are several letters hidden by the cracks, so it's sort of trial and error to figure out just where, for instance, the 'm' and the 'n' are on the screen.
If this might be covered by warranty, who would I contact?
