I am very disappointed that Magellan is with Tele Atlas maps. They are very poor and outdated. Complaints made #8203;#8203;at Magellan, for him to come back with NAVTEQ

We will never know why they switched. It was probably about money. Perhaps TeleAtlas was cheaper.

Pretty simple really and its been discussed before, Magellan was bought by Mitac and Mitac work with TeleAtlas for their other brands (Navman and Mio).
