Export Forerunner 305 Data

I use a Garmin Forerunner 305 for cycling and download the data to Garmin Connect after each ride.
This spring I will be riding across the U.S. and will only have my Android smartphone and an iPad for computer support.
As my 305 will certainly max out its data capacity, does any know of a way that I can export the routes to those devices.'
Even if I can use a public computer at a library, I can't think of a method to save the data.
I might have to use an Android app on my phone to get the gpx data for each day's ride.

You can use the offline program "Garmin Training Center" for ios. Should work on an iPad:

With it you can send ready courses to the Forerunner. Not sure about the routes. Maybe in addition you also need Basecamp:
