Having just purchased one of the new GT03B Portable Trackers, I think it is worth a post detailing some of the pitfalls of this tracker - advertised on ebay.
The tracker claims to use GPRS - which it probably does, but the IP address is not user programmable like to Xexun/Coban units. You have to use their server, which the documentation says is chargeable after the first 12 months. (and my initial attempts to log on with the IMEI printed on the tracker have been unsuccessful - with a respose of 'account invalid')
Overall, very disappoining.

Yes, now got it working - Not that it helps much.
The device has very limited GPRS functionallty. - No ability to change the GPRS IP address - so can not use with my server. - Can not communicate with device via GPRS
Can not use the high power battery as per TK102 (mini USB connector, not micro USB)
Can not set how frequently position is sent via SMS - only works in single track mode (ie responds only to individual requests) - have to specify co-ordinates (WHERE#) or Google Link (URL#)
Supplied USB cable does nothing (other than charge)

If you use their website (cootrack.com), then I think you will find you have to pay for the service after one year (cost unspecified). |

theyve changed the website, before it would log the points on the history with flags numbered 1 2 3 etc easy to follow, now its just flags, also you used to get a run down in a text file logging the points after viewing the history, now this has been stopped to. |

The user manual for GT03B has not all of the error codes and there are also other commands you can use See also GT06G
Example. TIMER# GPRSSET# LANG,0# This will change th language to English PARAM# GMT,E,2# =GMT+2 GMT,W,5# = GMT-5
Does anyone have more commands?
