| I have a tk103-2 and it does not cut the power to the fuel pump i sent powercar123456 00 and i got a reply powercar ok! And nothing happend so i need the software to connect to the tk103-2 and the firmware to update it |

There can be several reasons for this:
1) some firmware version used powercar123456 11 to cut the power as opposed to what is written in the manual (powercar123456 00) and restored power with powercar123456 00.
2) relay can be controlled only when TK103-2 is attached to a 12V battery. This means that it will not work from the tracker's own internal 3,7V battery.
3) you might also want to check if your relay is working properly. You can find information on which wire should be connected to the control circuit and which to the load circuit. Also make sure a diode is accross the control circuit so that reverse voltage does not ruin your tracker (Xexun provided a relay that already had this diode).
By the way, if you have an original Xexun TK103-2, you can ask for a firmware at belinda at xexun dot com. At least she was kind enough to send me one when I had troubles with the old one. |

| i am sure that the connections are ok, and i don't think it is xexun , but it runs on the same firmware so can i find the firm ware any where and i need also the program that connects to the module for configuring the settings |

@ahmed_911_98: you mean it has the same hardware as Xexun's TK103-2?
I may be able to send you the firmware in private, but for some reason I can't send you a private message through the forum. I don't want to give it out in public as I think if's Xexun's property and I am not supposed to do so.
For firmware update you can use the flash magic tool (www.flashmagictool.com). After you get the proper .hex file:
1) Remove the battery and the SIM card (for me it was enough to remove the SIM card)
2) Connect the long cable to the tracker's mini USB port
3) Open Flashmagic
4) Select device: LPC2134
Com port: check which one has prolific USB-COM, use that one
Baud rate: 19200
Interface: none
Oscillator: 60 (for a TK103-2, if not working you can try 11.0592)
To make sure CPU frequency is OK, you may want to click ISP / Display Memory. Wait a few seconds. If it downloads all memory blocks correctly without crashing Flashmagic, then frequency should be OK.
5) Select .hex file
6) Make sure erase all flash + Code rd prot is checked
7) It is wise to check verify after programming and fill unused flash check boxes
8) Click start |

I have a GPS TK103-2 which is frozen, the solution is to install the firmware, I have everything except the firmware, I searched for information on other websites and in the end, all have led me to this.
