I've had 3 good years with my iWay 600C showing me roads I would probably not have taken and with great music.
The iWay screen got unresponsive lately and then things got progressively worse. I've had it apart a half dozen times; cleaned the screen; added bits of rubber and foam to provide pressure as fairly hard thumb pressure stroked across the screen usually brought it back to life.
Yesterday I've gotten file missing errors; then the disk did not show up from the USB port. It's come back a couple of times but not it looks like the disk is corrupt.
So now I'm looking to find a disk image for the 600C. Not sure if it was here I read about it but I'm trying everywhere. I was planning on trying an SSD this winter but it looks like I'm too late.
Now if there is anyone (or more) out there with 600C's laying around and you want to get rid of them I'll be happy to pay shipping and maybe a tit-bit more. Screen need not be good - I'll take anything.

I've found the iWay 600C to be the best; most motorcycle usable GPS I've used or seem. (I had a flat plate with 4 stand-off vibration dampers to a RAM ball in the middle of bars from day one).
I also spent time modifying someones screen overlay and it was perfect for gloves - I'll miss thet.

Right now the GPS is in pieces in front of me. It's a sad day as I had such good routes still in there for this fall riding.
Back to paper maps for the rest of the too short Minnesota season.

Right now I only have a blank screen; cannot get a hard reset screen and having my fingers crossed that I can get a disk image
and if I'm really lucky someone's working, flaky or even non-working units.
