Frank, yes, the Pharos-made GPS-360 will work with the current Streets & Trips version as well as it has worked for you on your v.2005.
The newer USB GPS receivers that Microsoft has been including with the software have much improved sensitivity, but if your unit has worked to your satisfaction then there is no need to spend money on the new hardware.
