I happen to pass this forum and probably you are interested in a recent WinGDB version. I've seen some of you are still using WinGDB 1.1, but that version is really out-of-date. It does not support MapSource GDB version 3 files.
WinGDB3 is a further development of WinGDB 1.1, and can do all kinds of conversions for waypoints, routes and tracks using the files from MapSource.
Now you can download the latest version 3.3 from my website www.sackman.info. Although it is still called beta, at this moment there no known problems.
The main improvements are:
1. route- and trackfilter. It is now possible to reduce the number of route- and trackpoints during the conversion. 2. GPX support. Input files with tracks can now be in gpx format. 3. New option for the Zumo (and Nüvi 550). Tracks can now be converted to routes with invisible via points. 4. Track to track conversion with filterfunction. 5. WinGDB3 is now Vista compliant. 6. Drag&drop of the input file. 7. Preview of input in MapSource
Furthermore the screen is partly redesigned, The MapSource implementation is simplified and a problem with conversions around the 0-meredian is solved.
Supported languages are Dutch, English, German and French (screen only).
