New firmware for 2x5, and its a major jump from version 3.10 to version 4.40
Changes from version 3.10 to version 4.40:
Corrected shutdown issue associated with changing traffic provider. Improved demo mode initial setup. Updated Roadside Assistance number for UK. Fixed duplicate city listings when searching near your current route. Added Bluetooth support. Added support for Bluetooth demo mode.
I was a little exicted with "Added Bluetooth support"
But it dos not seems like it has to do with 205 model, I can not see eny changes that refer to bluetoth, so I need to write to Garmin support and hear about that.
Meaning that these models have a Bluetooth module.
That version jump is probably the writing of the "First Fix" for nüMaps as on the other nüvis and non-downgradable firmware, but that doesn't really matter since there was no "hidden log" mode like on the 7x0 or 2x0 systems.
I've just purchased a Nuvi 265WT - cam ewith version 2009 european mapping and firmware 4.30 (presume this is a non public release version), bluetooth 1.65 and GPS SW 2.38b, so assume this is a Brsvo trip
