Im not into garmin so much but i have a quick simple question (might be noobish too) :D .

Is there anyway to run different gps software on a garmin device?? i think its a c350 or something close to it. is it win ce based?

No, the StreetPilot C series run proprietary firmware. However, the Garmin Nuvi 800 series are running a Linux based OS (the forthcomming Nuvi 900 series will also use Linux).
