Please pay close attention to the warning about backing up before downgrading firmware.

| I should point out that it would be advisable to keep a copy of firmware on your computer too or CDs, etc., in case the above site ceases to exist someday.... |

| this is all emty!!! at least for the streetpilots!! the folders are there, but there is no files. Anybody knows what happened? |

well, good for you but that does not help anybody else. Does anybody knows who own that server? maybe he/she does not even know the files got wiped out!?
