I've read Qstarz launched a bluetooth GPS featuring MTK's new v.2 chipset (according to data sheet -165dBm sensitivity).
When are GPS receivers featuring this new chipset expected at Semsons ?

There is no confirmed date at this time. The manufacturer has delayed ETA twice due to manufacturing and firmware issue. We will post the item online once we have a confirmed delivery date.

Thank you,
Is there any Bluetooth GPS unit in Semsons inventory featuring SIRF III or MTK or RFID chipset that is powered by standard AA rechargeable batteries (or even AAA recheargable batteries if AA is not available)

Yes, MTK 2, -165dBM sensitivity are the key to identifying one. Nice to see that 5Hz hardware switch too.
