Hello to everyone i have been able to setup my own server with tracking software ,to upgrade the device Tk-102 with different Firmwares that i found on the net but My main interest is to find a program that i can save a firmware of a device to my computer so to use it on other trackers of the same model. I have the cable to making upgrades to TK-102 but i need a software to download from the trackers the firmware.
Can anyone help on this ? |

| Problem with my TK102-2 tracker.. The led is flashing constantly and it dosnt respond to calls or sms. It worked fine for a couple of times used but all of the sudden this occured.. Does any one knows what´s seem to be the problem?? |

Hi,
I am new to this forum. A friend if my suggested that I should ask you guys. I am looking for a device that can sen GPS coordinates to my server. Is TK-102 able to do that? Can I configure this device with the url to my server and get a specification of how the GPS data is transferred?
@exs: Maybe. We are trying to build it at least. OpenGeoTracker.com is the name of the open source project. We are now looking for a device that I can attach to cars/children/dogs/containers that is cheap and is configurable.

Hi again,
I got the manual now so I looks like the TK-102 can work for me. If I understand the manual correct you can set an IP address which the device report data to. But can I configure the device to report data to the IP address for every 10 seconds? It shall not stop reporting until I turn the device off. Is that possible or do I have to send a SMS to the device every time I want it to report position to my server.

You can only get this rate with TK102-2 2nd generation tracker from XEXUN.
With original TK102 the minimum 'refresh' rate is >=30sec

You can set trakcer respond with n times fevery s seconds or use t030s***n123456 fon unlimited times! (note: *** option depends on firmware!~)

I had same issue with an old tracker.
Was a cheap copy, no xexun origin.
Now i use a origin xexun tk102-2 and thats working fine. |

Perfect. Then I think I can add this tracking device to our open source project. Two more questions:
1. Where can I by this TK102-2?
2. Can I get the manual for this new version?

Hi guys.
Im testing the GPS tracker 102
and I read the manual and the SMS of begin+password and the autorization number works fine, but Problem is that it returns empty data when I call the gpstracker:
lat: long: speed: gps tracker bat:60% signak:L
imei:**************
What could be the problem ?
what can I do for solved the problem

hello everyone, i got the tk102, i did the begin123456 step, and the move step, but, when it sends me the sms with the location, while the device is inside my house, i know the coordinates whera i am now at home, but it sends a sms with some coordinates of probably 1 kilometer or half a mile away, can i reset this so it can be more accurate????, in the manual says "accuracy 5 m" 5 miles?? 5 meters?? can anyone help me?? |

Can you tell us the content of the SMS?
And the accurancy is ~ 5 metres. |

I'm wanting to purchase a TK102-2 but I have a question.
Do all TK102-2 have the ARM7 processor? Or are there some TK102-2's without the ARM7 processor?
