@kensm

they answered that your tk103-2 is not made by xexun, as all of their trackers use TxxxS***N commands and none of them use at60sum0.

For me the problem with TK103-2 is its power consumption, in standby it consumes 30mA - this can drain car battery in 20 days of parking.

@zasud
Yes, my tracker is not from xexun, they overprice their trackers. My provider has better quality than xexun and makes me personalized firmwares.
Also their products are built with high quality materials and components. I never had problem with a single unit ( I have ordered more than 1000 already).

20 days is not bad, since any person should use their car 2 or more days in the week, the alternator will recharge the car's battery.

Best Regards.

Good morning.

I just need some "Betatesters" for my tracking server. The test is only interesting for those who need data in raw format to proceed in php or something else later. Data are stored in mysql database and you will receive login for webfrontend to have look into database.

If interested:

beta (at) geolabs.de

Best wishes,

Boris

Tracker: You call it and answers with sms, with its position.
Monitor: You call it and answers like one way mobile phone, so you can hear-spy the area around it (has build in mic).

Your default pass is 123456
1. send sms : begin+password Example begin123456
2. send sms : imei+password Example imei123456
3. From received sms write-down your IMEI example: 234567890123456
4. If you have not static ip, you must always know your ip: http://anonymouse.org/cgi-bin/anon-snoop.cgi Example 89.456.67.245
5. Via your router enable port forwarding for the port you want to use, like: 7070 or anything else(TCP 7070 to local 7070). (internet to local port)
6. Send sms (adminip+pass+space+IP address+space+port)Example adminip123456 89.456.67.245 7070
7. Send apn+pass+SPACE+ APN
Example for Optimus or TMN: apn123456 internet
Example for Vodafone PT: apn123456 internet.vodafone.pt
8. Start Gpstracker application
9. Login, pass=admin
10. Terminal list, right click and Add Terminal
11. Terminal Id=Your IMEI example: 234567890123456
12. Person name=What ever you like example :my Car
13. Press System settings and choose your pc ip, port 7070
14. Start Receiving
15. Wait 1-2 minutes to connect.

I was able to get it to work with a free accont on gps-trace.com.
So I know the config is ok.
But I would like to run a free webserver on my website. Are there any free webservers fot gps tracking like that?
I tried to use one I found: ( testing here: serverfrotas.ominatec.com )
but I cant get it to work online. Its suppoused to just be a HTML page. but it gives some kinf of secury alert when runned online.
If i run it from my computer, it starts with no errors, waiting for gps data on port 1234 (with is open and forward to the PC running the HTML).
I can see "connection estabilshed" when the GPS sends the data, but nothing else happens.
The "connection estabilshed" only appears when the GPS sends data, I'm shure of it. so I assume data gets there. but nothing else happens.
Anyway, that HTML probably only works running from a PC somehow. Any ways of having a webserver GPS traking page for free?

Thank you.

I have vista, and it's hard to setup the program.
If you have XP you can try it.

I've seen that. but I'm looking for a free simple solution. Not a 30 day test free.
I just need a webpage that reads the GPS coordinates sent by GPRS, and place it on a map.
Any ideias?

Hi, my TK-102 unit was working very well using SMS, it would send back GPS co-ordinates and I was very happy with it. But now it only sends back www.wxlxy.com that does not work (invalid IMEI)... all other commands appear to work OK. Any suggestions greatly appreciated , at the moment I have a very small brick...
