I just bought a new DNX-7200 today to replace my current Nuvi 660 which was cluttering up my dash, I recently updated the Nuvi 660 to v10 maps for Europe. Looking at the map info for the Kenwood system, it is still using the v9 maps and I was wondering if anyone had updated their system onto the v10 maps yet and could describe the upgrade process? I asked the dealer and he said you just put the update in through the SD card slot. Is it possible to connect into the units onboard storage through USB? I think if I could do that I could figure the rest out myself. The user manual is very scant on information about upgrading the map data, the firmware is easy enough to do from the SD card. Feels like Ive just paid nearly £1,000 on a downgrade!
