Folks,

I am new to this forum; just purchased an i-blue 747. I have 2 issues. I charged the battery and switched to Log mode. The unit is blinking an orange light, which I assume means it has acquired satellite info. I press the manual log button, but nothing happens. Isn't it supposed to blink Blue?

Also, I cannot download any data. I installed the unit's software. I connected the unit to my PC, and I could see that it was getting satellite info. I changed the settings to log every second and set the data to record for google maps, left the unit in my car for several trips and overnight, (yes it was turned on :). The next day, I tried to download, it took 6 minutes and at the end of the download, nothing, nada, zippo. Did I do something wrong or did I get a bad unit.

Thanks in advance for any help,

You should check if logging is not off for some reason. Also erase the log & try http://sf.net/projects/bt747 .
