I can get to the hidden menu, but I accidentally formatted the backup SD card. I would need some kind soul to send me their copy of their backup and/or their profile. Recently I put an iGO primo package in my roadmate to make it run in europe(Bulgaria). However, I did that directly into the GPS, instead of on an sd card. Now, after I've done that I cannot access my gps in any way through the computer. It works with the new package, but when I connect it with the usb cable, my computer simply doesn't even notice a device being hooked up.
