I hope I am in the right forum. I just signed up and being that I am blind and using a screen reader, I had a bit of a time trying to understand what it
was saying with all the french thrown in! :)

I have an IBlue 737A_ that i am trying to connect to my Windows 7 laptop through Microsoft Streets & Trips 2010. It continues to say that it cannot detect the receiver. I know it says not to use the USB cable to connect it on your computer, but I have no idea how else to do it. I know it says it shows you
a picture of it but, as I mentioned earlier, I am blind and can't see those pics. Can anyone tell me how to get the program to see my IBlue 737A+? Please
bear in mind, I am not very advanced on windows 7. I just got it. I want to use the Microsoft Trips & Streets as it has accessibility features that will
allow my screen reader to read the different screens to me and thus, allow me to assist my sighted (but often lost) husband when we are traveling.
