Posted - 10 déc. 2006 : 19:04:38 I would love to discuss the Bluetooth GPS Receiver RBT-2010 (SiRF Star III Chipset), performance, but have still not had a chance. I ordered this BT GPS ant to work with my VZW xv6700, and when I received the product, it came with no charger! The purchase said: Bluetooth GPS Receiver RBT-2010 (SiRF Star III Chipset) Travel charger
I contacted the company; they replied they would send me my charger. Weeks pass, no charger, I contacted them again, they appoligized, and said they would send me a tracking number. Weeks go by, still nothing. I emailed them again, and they stopped responding. I filed a complaint with the BBB last week. I am going to post the correspondence below. I would not recommend dealing with this company after my dealings.
Well, here are all of the emails. (I pulled my name as although I respect you for reading this, we are still entitled to our Anonymity!

I did not recieve any charger let alone the travel charger. All that came in the box was reiciever, battery and 4.0 to 4.0 cable I paid for separately that was something I did not need as I do not have a car chager. I have no way to recharge this device. I have sent more emails to them with no reply, but I am going to refrain from posting them here in case this matter moves to other forms of litigation. All over a charger? YES! I paid for it, without it, my BT GPS ant won't work. I have been ripped off by these guys and don't want to see it happen to you! Please post this in other forums as applicable because we don't deserver to have to be ripped off! There are plenty of other companies out there that will ensure you get what you pay for up front, not have to jump through all these hoops. You are reading this so that already reflects your intellect and interest in technology. There are alot of BT GPS options out there, with longer battery life, and more portability. I regret my dealings with Seidio, and hope that you won't have to too.
