Has anyone come out with a "full" screen saver yet? I'm using a 4x3, which covers the active part only.

Yes, or keep a small micro fiber cloth handy to keep the original nice sensation of these glass screens ;-) Let us know if you find a good fit.
Still no scratches on my 3790t but there are some on the back and some on my iPhone 3GS screen, not sure how they got there but it goes to show that these screens are not totally imune to them. Wonder if the so-called Gorilla Glass screens are. |

The only reason I'd buy one, is because the glass gets full of fingerprints and smears, and when your hands are a bit humid, fingers don't slide smoothly on the glass. I put an anti-glare protector on my ipad and it did wonders! I'm now looking for an anti-glare 3790 protector myself. |

We definitenly don't need all thes eBay links in the main nuvi section, I'll give it the benefit of the doubt and move it to the "hot deals" section...
Having said that, the 3790's screen is made of very hard glass, like all other capacitive screens, and they don't require any protection under "normal" conditions, case in point, the screen of my 3790T is still perfect (same for my iPhone 3GS and iPhone 3G) while the back is beginning to get chipped! |

This set covers most of the 3790T's exterior, plus they're the type that are sandwiched b/w two protective films. I've found screen protectors like this to be the highest quality. |

Not sure why it would be 'spam'. It looks like a list of 3 possible places to buy full screen protectors for the 3790. I have deleted one of the original 4 items as it was a duplications of the first item in the list. I'll let the forum administrators decide if the pictures are needed or if the post should stay or not. |

I ordered this this morning. It has the hole cutout for the microphone, and is a FULL screen cover.

I bought a screen protector for the iPhone which works really well on my 3790. You don't want one that covers the whole front of the unit because it will cover the microphone used for voice commands. The iPhone protector leaves about a 1/4 inch, or less, of an area on the top, bottom and right side of the face and maybe twice that amount on the left side so the microphone isn't covered. |
