Posted - 18 déc. 2005 : 23:10:12 I have asked this question elsewhere but no one could answer it. I have d/loaded the list from their site -http://www.hotel-bb.com/services.phtml?NumLangue=2 but not all of the addresses go to my 2720!!! And to cap it all the Chalon sur Saone address is the very one I am staying at and it didn't load. Can someone please help as I would like every one of this chains addresses in my unit. metroman.
PS it was the "For POI users" files I d/loaded. I also d/loaded the excel file with a view to converting it to csv with POIedit but I havn't managed that yet either. problems problems.

Posted - 20 déc. 2005 : 23:58:09 I would like to thank njphilwt very very much. He has discovered that the 2720 only holds around 50'ish favorites visibly.........search for the rest and they are there even my Chalon sur saone over-nighter. It doesn't strike me as a very user friendly approach for an address. I even had to abbreviate Chalons address for it to pop up as the unit didn't recognise the full correct name!!! metroman.
Posted - 19 déc. 2005 : 09:03:23 Thanks for all the help everyone. I'll catch up with this little job when I finish shift after 21:00 uk time tonight. metroman.
Posted - 19 déc. 2005 : 01:57:51 I just downloaded the file, cleaned it up, and created a CSV and GPX using GPXtoPOI. Send me an e-mail, and I'll reply by sending you the two files.
Then you can upload the CSV.
Posted - 19 déc. 2005 : 00:53:41 @njphilwt No I didn't clean them, I didn't know that I had to! I have just d/loaded the file from this board and still get the same amount into my unit! metroman.
Posted - 19 déc. 2005 : 00:18:47 Thank you for your response and appologies for posting in the wrong section. Ref the B&B file. I am using POIedit as I don't see any way to use POI loader as a converter. I have tried to convert the OV2 file but it's just the same. I get 52 addresses out of 113. What I don't understand is why the csv file with all the addresses in doesn't load in its entirety?? metroman
Posted - 18 déc. 2005 : 23:16:00 Moved to the B&B section on GpsPasSion ;-) So what problem are you seeing exactly ? Are you using POILoader ? In that case, just get the POI list, open the ov2, save as garmin csv and import with POIloader.
