Quick question here guys, our SatNav unit (See above) has packed up. It was woring one minute this morning, and then upon our return it had nothing.. No power, it will not charge or work upon a hard reset.

Anyone have any ideas?!

Hi guys, i'm trying to do the same using Miomap. It works but I can't get the satellite reception. HOw are you configuring the GPS settings? Is it a menu within Tomtom or is there a separate application to do it?

Well after 2 weeks ive finally got tomtom 5 to load on my 175. Firstly I installed showtaskbar, created the shortcuts and then installed TOMTOM 5 installation CD via Activesync. When i did this the program icon appeared on the taskbar but disappeared and thats as far as I got until I installed the CEpackdll and TOMTOM appeared to be loading BUT the screen was all scrambled. Even though this has being doing my nut in I knew people had TOMTOM on this device and i knew one day I would get it on so I searched google AGAIN today using a slighty different search string and stumbled accross this thread. The final piece of the puzzle was reading a post saying to remove Medion Navigator from the PDA and as soon as it was deleted TOMTOM 5 worked :) Can't get the voices and Satellite signal to show yet but TOMTOM 5 is working on my Medion MDPNA 175 ;)

I have this same problem where TomTom appears and the disappears. Where can I get this file CEpackdll?

Thanks
Ste

I think the problem with the scrambled screens is TOMTOM is trying to diplay a resolution it can't handle. Ive read 1000s of posts trying to find out how to get TOMTOM on this MDPNA 175 but always drawn a blank. Some people say use the version that also supports palms and some say its the DLLs but it seems you have to be very lucky to get TT5 running on the 175. Anyway if anyone finds a fix for this please let me know ;)

Since I receive many requests, I try to explain better how to installa TT5 on medion150.
1) Customize the medion150 as explained in this forum (be aware to don't install any extra dll)
2) Launch the application TT5 from your PC connected with the medion trough ActiveSync adn install it in the default directory.
3) Copy the map on the sd card
4) Change the directory of the audio file TomTom\data*.chk ===> TomTom\TomTom\data*chk
5) Set set the gps connection as cable gps 4800

Hi guys,
after trying installing TT5 (successfully done) on my Medion 200 and configuring GPS as a 'Serial GPS' with 2400 Baud rate, I noted the GPS signal bar in the bottom-right of navigation screen isn't working.
GPS reception is good, and from the GPS Configurazion Panel I am able to see all connected satellites with specific signal strenght.

Someone have the same problem or solved it?

cya!
