Hey guys, I'm not a GPS nut, but I am interested in finding out which processor (microcontroller) is used in the color version of the Garmin eTrex H series (like Vista HCx).
Anybody knows? Thx for any info.

The reason is cos I'm looking forward to upcoming new eTrex series and I think that older eTrex series has very slow CPU unit :( Especially scrolling with the maps is veeeery slooowly...

GPS chip is by MTK but I don't think we ever found out (or really looked for that matter) what processor was being used. Garmin don't disclose what it is and it's certainly not very powerful. Any particular reason for asking?
