I was recently given a Moov 500 (2008 Model) by a friend. It had worked great for her but her new car is fitted with a superior system, so now I have it. I charged it up, plugged it in to the power and switched it on. It searched for location but came back with an error message saying unable to find Satellites. I was away from any building and had a clear line to the sky. I tried resetting the system but without success.
I downloaded the user manual from the company website but no help available...any suggestions ?
Thanks
