Well that indicator in GGA would only show 2 if you have a SBAS fix, this is not always possible. You might want to read this detailed article on SBAS as its usefelness remains to be proven on a consumer device : GPS Accuracy : Post-Processing and SBAS.
some tracks after downloading create errors of the following form: an error has occured in the script in this page an on the bottom i'm asked if i want to continue executing scripts on this page. if i click no the the error reappears and if i click yes it reappears also
seems to be an internet explorer error (i suppose qtravel uses internet explorer to display google maps) but turning debugging in internet explorer off seems not to help and the only way to get out of this is killing qtravel with the taskmanager.
is there any known workaround for this ? or any other free software to view, display tracks or geotag pictures ?
