We are pleased to announce the availability of Novogo GPS navigation system. All Novogo navigation systems feature seamless coverage for North America including maps for both USA and Canada preloaded on SD card. The Novogo mapping software is powered by Navigon with Navteq data source.

Both professional V series and basic T series are available currently. V series has all the features of T series plus voice command function, remote control, SiRF III chipset and interchangeable face plates.

I used a V series unit last year before it found a distributor in the States. It was a very impressive effort and I liked it quite a bit. I was sorry I had to return it.

They certainly did a good job at optimizing the platform/software to make Navigon more responsive than on its other incarnations, without losing it's powerful features that come in handy for long distance trips (easy programming of stops, very pleasant and useful 3D display, etc....)here are some comparison pictures:


A bright screen in the shade, but it suffers in the sun like most other touchsreen devices
