My server receive the message below from the tk-102 by GPRS (Imei substituted by XXXX).
imei:XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX,tracker,1206081637,,F,193729.000,A,1249.9238,S,03816.1788,W,0.01,303.36;
What meaning of the fields?

303.36; This one is empty on my tracker. May be altitude ? feet or meters ?
Are you sailing ?
This is in 1500 km west of Angola shores 
So definitively not 303 m height !

Unfortunately I'm not sailing... The position is wrong, and maybe you can help me.
My tracker always send the same coordinates, all the time. Do you know how solve this?

Have you left the tracker out on open sky for a few minutes ?
How are the leds flashing ?
On my Coban TK102, the leds flash as below :
- 1 sec period, half on, half off : powering up, no GSM network, no GPS
- 2 sec period, 1 short pulse on : GSM network ok, but yet GPS satellites
- 2 sec period, 2 short pulses : both GSM and GPS ok

Yes, i put the tracker on open sky. I turn off and turn on but the coordinates are still wrong (and the same).
The "check" command return:
GPS: OK
GSM: 100%
Any idea?

Yes, this is very strange.
I did several tests, but on GPRS always get wrong coordinates.
A curiosity, the difference between the distances is about 60Km (by car)
