ok to make the video work you have to do what i partly got from someone else on this site. so first

1./ select Settings->GAPI
2./ select "Use alternate driver" (or something like that I don't remember the words exactly)
3./ select GAPI Setup
4./ click on "Select Drive"
5./ scroll down and select "Mio Moov 500, CE 5.0, 480x272" and "OK"

after this you would go search for the video file and try to play it with the default video play, i think its called media player. than you should just hear the sound to your video. tap on the screen and you will c the toolbar. go to file, video, and there should be like 5 different settings, pick the one that says GAPI or something like that. its the only one starting with a G.after that you should c your video playing. sorry i dont have my 1700 on hand so im doing this by memory. but ill take a look at my 1700 to c if i missed something or one of the settings is different. i will update later today with the exact settings
