I've just bought the Holux M-1200 and was wondering about checking the firmware and maybe updating it. I've loaded the windows driver to connect the cable, but receive the message "USB device not recognized". I'm a little stuck. Anyone have any ideas? I wondered if the driver didn't install properly, so reloaded it and tried the latest version from the Holux website, but I still get the same result.
