I think it's not from Xexun , it's from Shenzhen Coban.
I came into trouble, because I have changed the default password and now I cannot remember it. Is there any way to reset it with a master password? If I have to flash the firmware to reset it to factory settings, can anyone provide a link from where I can download it?
I would appreciate any answer.

Posted - 29 janv. 2012 : 20:17:21 I'm using it only with the external antena provided (both for GSM and GPS). I think that the internal antena is not so powerfull. I had tried it once with the internal antena and it took some time to have GPS fix. With the external antena it gets GPS fix even on cloudy sky, and it is very accurate.

I have contacted Coban support and I have received the following: "Please send adminpassword13142324 to tracker, the password will go back to 123456."
I have tried this and it really works.
When you send a command to the tracker and it contains the wrong password the tracker should reply you with a message: "user,password fail!". If you do not receive any message from the tracker (this happened in my case) you have power off the tracker and take out the sim card and then reinsert it into place, then power on the tracker. You can now send "adminpassword13142324" and you will receive the following message: "password is 123456".

You can try Coban support. I once sent them a request to get the protocol of my Coban TK102 and got an answer with 2 days.
